1. About Us

This website is operated by Kira Brown Creations, based in the United Kingdom. We sell handcrafted items, including jewellery and crafts made from precious metals. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information

All items are described accurately, including materials and measurements. As items are handmade, minor variations may occur. Precious metal content (e.g. 925 sterling silver) is disclosed in each listing.

3. Hallmarking

In accordance with UK law, all silver items over 7.78 grams are hallmarked by a UK Assay Office. Items below this weight may not be hallmarked, but all descriptions are accurate and transparent.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are accepted via secure providers such as PayPal or credit/debit cards. Precious metal pricing may vary, but prices are fixed once your order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Tracked shipping is used. Customs/import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping is currently available to selected countries.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted at our cost within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom/personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

7. Privacy

8. Security

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and handled via trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
